How much does it cost?
$15 per student and $200 per teacher per year, plus GST. Every 20 students include one teacher at no charge. The minimum licence is 20 students including one teacher — $300.00 + GST per year.
What do teachers and students get?
Teachers get the Teacher Course with all 12 Reanga levels and teaching resources, plus their class roster and progress. Students get the Student Course with video lessons, activities, quizzes, points and badges, and access to TRM Tests.
How do we get started?
Register your school, add your classes, teachers and students (a CSV import is available), then activate your licence by card from the manager dashboard. Access starts as soon as payment goes through.
Can we add more students during the year?
Yes. School managers can add seats at any time from the dashboard. Extra seats are charged at the annual rate and end on your existing licence date.
Can a student use more than one device?
Each account can be signed in on one device at a time. Signing in on a new device signs the account out of the previous one, which keeps accounts personal and secure.
What happens when our licence ends?
Course access pauses until the licence is renewed. Your classes, members and progress are kept, so everyone carries on where they left off after renewal. Renewing early adds a year to your current end date.
How is our school’s data protected?
Each person only sees what their role allows, data is encrypted in transit, and we never sell personal information. Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect, where it is stored and how to request access or deletion.
Are licences refundable?
Licences and top-ups are non-refundable once purchased. If you think you were charged in error, email us and we will look into it.
